A cooperation protocol was signed between our university and Beykoz University for graduates of Mesudiye Vocational School to complete their bachelor's degree in Beykoz University programs with a 100 percent scholarship.

The Journalist-Author Oktay Ekşi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Beykoz University Ruhi Engin Özmen, Vice Rector of Beykoz University Prof. Dr. Baki Aksu and Mesudiye Vocational School Director Lecturer Haydar Asan attended the signing ceremony which was held by the Rector of our university Prof. Dr. Tarık Yarılgaç and Rector of Beykoz University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durman.

Thanks to this important cooperation protocol starting from the 2018-2019 academic year,
students who graduate from Ordu University Mesudiye Vocational School, after taking enough points in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) organized by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), will be able to continue their education with %100 scholarship if they are admitted to an undergraduate program at Beykoz University.

Beykoz University Rector. Dr. Mehmet Durman who stated a significant advantage is provided to students placed to the associate degree programs of Mesudiye Vocational School of Ordu University with this protocol including this year, added:” Our protocol is a really important opportunity for students of Mesudiye Vocational School. They should complete two-year associate degree programs and then we will offer them the opportunity to complete a bachelor degree with a 100 percent scholarship at Beykoz University. The students should definitely take this opportunity.”

Rector of our university Prof. Dr. Tarık Yarılgaç stated:”This protocol signed between our university and Beykoz University is an exemplary study on vocational education which can give direction to the future of the students of Mesudiye Vocational School. As Ordu University, we know the value of the vocational schools which train intermediate staff for the sector and contribute to the development of the Turkish economy on a sectoral basis therefore,
and we are in a great effort to continue our work. We attach the importance to joint inter-institutional works in terms of specialization in the light of theoretical and professional knowledge and participating in the sector of our students in the vocational schools. In this context, with the protocol signed between our university and Beykoz University,  our students who complete their 2 year education in Mesudiye Vocational School, after taking enough points in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) organized by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), will be able to continue their education with %100 scholarship if they are admitted to a 4 year undergraduate program at Beykoz University. I would like to thank all our sharers who contributed to this collaboration which will make meaningful contributions to our students on the point of career planning. I hope that the protocol will be beneficial to both our University and Beykoz University.
