Our rector Prof. Dr. Tarık Yarılgaç visited the faculty of Music and Performing Arts. The dean of Music and Performing Arts Faculty Prof. Sabri Yener told the about the developments and works done in the faculty. Rector Prof. Dr. Tarık Yarılgaç visited the administrative units of the faculty, classrooms and performing rooms, individual study rooms. Moreover, he talked with the students about their studies and performanaces. He listened to their songs. He listened to the song played and sung by 3rd grade student Aykan Deryal in Turkish Music Department of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts.

Regarding the subject, Rector Yarılgaç said "The Music and Performing Arts Faculty is carrying out very special activities in music field at certain intervals. We have had the opportunity to visit our students and our lecturers today. As a result of the diligent work of dean in the process, our faculty has come to an important point in a short time. The Faculty of Music and Performing Arts is one of the few faculties that are continuing education activities in our country. In addition, faculties in the framework of artistic activities carried out are out of the top. All kinds of studies carried out in the education units of our university are important for our city and our region, especially our institutions. We also follow the professional practices and practices of our faculty students in the individual rooms. We will continue to share artistic products that have emerged as a result of long efforts with our city and our region.
