ODU Increases Graduate Education Capacity Day By Day

Our university, which can produce innovative ideas in its fields, continue to play a leading role in the development of well-equipped and versatile individuals who can think analytically with its graduate programs. In the fall semester of 2019-2020, a total of 1014 applications were made to the MS and Ph.D. within the Institute of Social Sciences, Science and Health Sciences.
In this context, a total of 628 people applied to the quota of 159 people announced in the fields of Primary School Education, History, Art History, Music, Turkish Education, Basic Islamic Sciences, Graphics, Turkish Language and Literature, Cinema and Television and English Language and Literature in the fall semester of the Institute of Social Sciences.
In the fields of Horticulture, Fisheries Technology Engineering, Plant Protection, Food Engineering, Elementary Science Education, Chemistry, Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Field Crops, Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Renewable Energy, Animal Science and Landscape Architecture, 213 people applied to the quota of 216 people announced.
In the Institute of Health Sciences, Nursing, Medical Biochemistry, Obstetrics and Gynecology, 173 people applied to the quota for 16 people.
Total 756 Graduates
Since its establishment, the University has continued to improve in every field and has graduated 756 students in total. The Institute of Social Sciences, which includes 438 active students, has graduated 210 students since the beginning of its educational activities. The Institute of Science and Technology continues its educational activities with 677 students and has graduated 517 students since its inception. The Institute of Health Sciences is currently carrying out its activities with 67 students and a total of 29 graduates.
