Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Ali Akdogan met with members of the press and visual media. In the meeting held in the Senate Hall, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdogan; answered questions from local press on many issues such as academic development, university hospital, city university integration, cooperation with public institutions, private sector and non-governmental organizations. Emphasizing the importance of Ordu University to carry out the necessary studies for the rise of our country to the point it deserves in the world by introducing new studies, Rector Akdoğan said: In doing so, justice, merit, morality, ethical values, I would like to specify that we will be sensitive to compromise.

Rector Akdoğan pointed out that the most important problem of Ordu is the inadequacy of the hospital service. He said: ''At this point, as the University administration, with the dynamics of the city and the leading managers of our state, creating a common mind, our priority is to win the hospital in need of our city. I would like to thank our members of the press who have fulfilled an important duty in bringing public right and objective information to the society by creating social common sense and public awareness. ''
