APPLICATION CONDITIONS

(Higher Education Council, Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad)

Who Can Apply?

a) Provided that candidates are in the last year of high school or graduate;

1) Foreign nationals,

2) To be a Turkish citizen by birth and to get permission from the Ministry of Interior to get out of Turkish citizenship

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

During the applications, candidates will fill in the information requested from them, documents (Photograph, Exam Results Document) will be uploaded to the system.

Applications in person or by mail will not be accepted,

During application, your documents, declaration and score must be finalized.

The information written in the document is read and must be the same as that written on the application form.

The application of the candidate whose missing information and / or document is found during the evaluation will be canceled.

Originals of the documents uploaded during the application are submitted to the registration officers during the final registration.

Your e-mail address must be complete and correct.

The checks will be made on the verification page of the University that conducts the YÖS Exam. Verification page, application verification / registration dates are not active or the applications of candidates who cannot be verified properly will not be evaluated / registered.

There is no fee for application.

Each candidate can make only one application, and select maximum 5 programs / departments can choose in this application.

All applications of candidates who have more than one application are canceled.

Special conditions and explanations regarding the department / programs to be preferred are included in the Quota Table and it is recommended to examine carefully.

For evaluation of Applications For International Students Undergraduate and Associate Degree Programs, the application is made in accordance with the relevant articles of the Admission and Registration Directive.

Conditions and Explanations of Higher Education Programs

Registration

List of candidates who are eligible for final registration, communicated at http://www.odu.edu.tr

FINAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:

TURKISH COMPETENCE LEVELS

(1) Turkish proficiency levels;

OBLIGATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Candidates who apply to the university and / or gain the right to enroll;

a) To deliver the documents specified in the application conditions to the relevant unit on time,

b) Applying for and obtaining a residence permit from Ordu Governorship Provincial Immigration Administration (Education Visa) within one month from the date of login with)

c) to take appropriate action according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and to obtain the necessary documents, changes in personal, marital and educational status to the relevant units and to inform authorities within fifteen days,

d) Fifteen days from the end of the period written in the permits to renew the residence permit

by certifying that they continue their education and obtaining a new one from the Provincial Immigration Authorities,

e) By applying immediately to the relevant authorities if they have lost their residence permit or passport by buying a new one within fifteen days,

f) If they have changed their residence address, these changes will be sent to the university within forty-eight hours and to notify the Provincial Immigration Authorities of the places to which they are transferred.
