ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

2020-2021 Academic Year International Student Additional Placement Applications will be made online between 09 November-15 December 2020 according to the scores in Annex-1 Table.

During the applications, candidates will fill in the information requested from them, and upload the documents (Photograph, Exam Result Document) to the system.

Applications in person or by mail will not be accepted.

During the application, your documents, statement and score must be final and correct.

The originals of the documents uploaded during the application will be delivered to the registration officers during the final registration.

If missing information and / or documents are found in the evaluation, the application of the candidate will be cancelled.

The information written on the document uploaded in the application must be readable clearly and the same as written on the Application Form.

Your e-mail address must be complete and correct.

Checks will be made on the verification page of the University that conducted the YÖS Exam. Applications of the candidates who do not have a verification page, whose verification page is not active on the application evaluation / registration dates or whose verification cannot be made will not be evaluated / registered.

There is no fee for application.

Each candidate can make only one application and maximum 5 programs / departments can be preferred in this application. All applications of candidates who are found to have more than one application are cancelled.

Special conditions and explanations of the department / programs to be preferred are included in the Quota Table and it is recommended that it be carefully examined.

The evaluation of the applications is made according to the relevant articles of the International Student Application, Admission and Registration Directive for Undergraduate and Associate Degree Programs of our university.

15 JANUARY 2021: Announcement of Students Eligible for Final Registration

01-10 FEBRUARY 2021: Registration of Students Eligible for Registration

 

* Registrations will be headed by the International Student Office during weekdays (08: 00-16: 30) in Ordu University Rectorate Building Student Affairs Office.

For the students who are eligible for final registration (without Turkish Proficiency Certificate), Turkish Proficiency and Placement Test will be held by the Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center on the announced date.
