Our rector Prof. Dr. Tarık YARILGAÇ’ message about our 29 October Republic Day is as below:

The Republic of Turkey, which is established after the glorious fights that we overcome the toughest difficulties at every corner of the country and pay the heaviest salaries, takes its real strength from the perception of this nation. The foundation of the republic constitutes the idea of ??equality and freedom of all citizens faithfully attached to their country. Our republic, which started in 1915 and ended in 1923 and is the immortal work of our struggle for independence, will always shake in the shoulders of generations who constantly work and produce with a sense of understanding for a bright future, who have spiritual values ??and who walk in unfavorable conditions without any hesitation.

We celebrate the Republic Day with all our nationality's glorious and respectful contributions to our Republic of Turkey's founder, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his gun friends, heroic martyrs and veterans, when we have the rightful pride and happiness of accessing the 94th anniversary of the foundation of our Republic.
