The Senate Decision about the law ‘Jewish nation-state’ approved by the Israel Parliment.

The law of Jewish-nation-state approved in the Israel parliment clashes with universal law principles and official and moral system of United Nations. The law alleges that ‘’the whole Jewish Palestinians lose their official rights and also Arabic is not accepted as the official language and Kudüs( Jerusalem) is announced as the capital of the State of Israel.’’ Furthermore, ‘’The Palestinians exiled in 1948 by Israel are not allowed to return their homes but the Jewish living in varied lands are promoted to return Israel and inhabited in the areas, which is announced as unlawful by the UN.’’ On the other hand, the statement of self-determination is just the right for the Jewish people and the belief of living together is not acceptable in view of reconciliation and resolution culture and even for the Jewish.

As the Senators, we condemn the law aiming the preparation for illegal and unlawful activities against the Palestinians and destruction of two-nation solution.

We urgently call Israel to respect basic human rights and international law and the principles of of the UN.
