A cooperation protocol was signed between our university and the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports regarding youth Office, culture, arts, sports and education.

Within the scope of the protocol signed between Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan and Youth and Sports Provincial Director Mustafa Genç, it is aimed that a determined part of the old administrative building in the Republic Campus of our University can be used as a young office and within this scope, it is targeted to increase the efficiency with the projects, activities and activities that can be carried out between both institutions.

Youth and Sports Provincial Director Mustafa Genç explained, “With this protocol, we will create a new area where our students studying at Ordu University can engage in social and cultural activities. When the epidemic is over, our students will start formal education and our young office will be ready for them.In the realization of this cooperation, I thank our Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu and our Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan, and wish the protocol we signed will be beneficial.”

Making a statement after the signing ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan mentioned, “With this protocol we signed, we collaborated for the establishment of a young office at our university. We have around 20 thousand students in our university and we are making a place that appeals to our students, where they can spend time in a comfortable environment when they come, relax and socialize. In this context, we allocated a large enough area for our youth in the old administrative building of our university campus to our Provincial Directorate before the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Our university will continue to add a new one every day to its collaborations with its external stakeholders. I hope this protocol we signed will be beneficial on behalf of our students, our University and the Youth Provincial Sports Directorate.”
