Çanakkale Victory, which is clearly shown that it will not surrender to the forces trying to dominate the future and independence of the Turkish nation in any period and under any circumstances, is a heroic epic that constitutes the basis of our independence struggle and will not be erased from our memories.
With this unique victory, where the torch of the War of Independence was lit, our nation demonstrated its love of homeland, courage, determination and heroism; and showed the whole world the fact that Çanakkale is impassable and that the enemy cannot step on a single part of the homeland.
It is one of our most important duties and responsibilities to keep the immortal spirit of Çanakkale, which is a unique guide to the Turkish nation, forever by protecting our homeland, our flag, our national and moral values, and to pass on how this glorious victory was achieved to future generations.
With these thoughts, on the 106th anniversary, I commemorate our veterans, especially the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and her comrades in arms, and our sainted martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of our country with eternal gratitude, gratitude and mercy.
