Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan made examinations in the Family Health Center, which is planned to be opened in the campus of our university, and the Research and Application Area of ??the Faculty of Agriculture.

During the examinations, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Niyazi Taşçı and Prof. Dr. Tahsin Tonkaz, General Secretary Dr. Lecturer Mehmet Sami Güler accompanied to him.

Rector Akdoğan examined the academic and administrative staff of our University and the works in the Family Health Center, which will be operational in our University, in order to provide preventive and curative health services to students and citizens in the vicinity. Within the scope of the examinations he carried out, Rector Akdoğan visited the Faculty of Agriculture Research and Application Area and the Head of the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ali İslam and got information from him.

After his examinations, Rector Prof. Dr. Akdoğan said, “As a result of the evaluations we made with Ordu Provincial Health Directorate, we decided to establish a Family Health Center in the campus area. We plan that the Family Health Center, whose studies are continuing, will soon provide health services to academic and administrative staff, our students and citizens in the immediate vicinity. " said.

Rector Akdoğan said, “The Research and Application Area of ??the Faculty of Agriculture serves as a unit where our students reinforce their theoretical knowledge and our academicians conduct scientific research. At the same time, studies are carried out in this field to increase the yield of our region's products and to produce fruit and vegetables suitable for the region. Our university continues its efforts to increase the productivity of the agricultural areas in our region without slowing down.
