The "Graduation Exhibition" consisting of the works of the final year students of the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts of our university was opened.

The opening of the exhibition held in the Foyer Area of ??the Morphology building was attended by the Rector of our University, Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Zekai Tarakçı, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Prof. Dr. Latif Kelebekli, Mayor of Aybastı Beytullah Geçtan, Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sami Güler, Artificial Heart Surgeon Dr. Dilek Gürsoy, academic and administrative staff, students and guests attended.

In the exhibition, which consists of a selection of the works produced by the 4th grade students of the Painting Department in the Painting Workshop class, there were 25 works on the subjects of still lifes and figurative paintings. Painting Department Graduation Exhibition will be open to visitors until May 27 in the Foyer Area of ??the Morphology building.

Making the opening speech of the exhibition, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan said, “I congratulate you and your teachers for this beautiful event. Fields such as visual arts, painting and music are extremely important. Because the works done in the field of art in the world are the product of a culture and a civilization. Here there is human labor, here there is an aesthetic effort. As a result of this effort, people continued their development in architecture, art, landscape, in this process that formed our civilization. Therefore, I congratulate our Dean, our Painting Department, and our students for this exhibition they organized, and wish them good luck.”
