"Yunus Emre Commemoration Concert" was held at Ordu Culture and Art Center by the Turkish Music Executive Ensemble, consisting of faculty members and students from the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts at our university.

Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan, representatives of public institutions and organizations and guests attended.

Speaking after the concert, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan said, “I would like to thank the faculty members and students of our Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, especially Sabri Yener, for creating this beautiful ensemble. Our community had carried out this program at our University before, and they wanted to come together with our fellow citizens from Ordu in this hall. Our aim is the existence of our University in every field; To serve Ordu in health, science, technology, science, social sciences, music, sports activities, cultural activities, to serve this country. It is to contribute positively to the children of this nation, to do our part as a university. Thank you for coming here and not leaving us alone.”

After presenting flowers from Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdogan to Prof. Sabri Yener, program ended with taking a souvenir photo.
