Academic and administrative staff of our university came together at the traditional holiday ceremony held after Eid al-Adha.

To the feast ceremony held at the Cumhuriyet Campus personnel cafeteria; Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdogan, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Niyazi Taşcı, Faculty Deans, Deputy General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Sami Güler and academicians and administrative staff attended.

Expressing that the festivals are the most meaningful days that keep people together and spread tolerance, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdogan stated, “Thanks be to God, we had another such a beautiful holiday. These are important days for people to come together, talk to each other, chat, socialize and meet on a common ground. Holidays remove resentments and cause brotherhood and unity to be formed. Thankfully, there is this atmosphere of peace and unity in our university. I pray to Almighty Allah for this environment of unity and solidarity to grow exponentially, celebrating the Eid-al-Adha of each of you, your precious families, and I wish you many healthy and happy holidays in the feelings of love, respect and brotherhood.”
