Graduation ceremonies of our University's Faculty and Vocational Schools for the Academic year 2021/2022 were held.

Graduation programs held on different days were attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Niyazi Tasci and Prof. Dr. Tahsin Tonkaz, Faculty Deans and Vocational School Managers, General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Sami Güler, representatives of public institutions and organizations, academic and administrative staff, students and their families and guests.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan in his speech at the graduation ceremonies stated, “Universities are institutions that research, question, produce information, use the produced information for the benefit of society, and most importantly, train qualified manpower. We, as members of a university that has the responsibility of serving our region and our country by transferring the knowledge and experience we have gained with great devotion to our students, are of the opinion that knowledge is power, scientific production is superior and knowledge sharing is essential. Dear students, for your future, you should adopt the principle of being individuals who are constantly learning and act with an effort to constantly improve yourself in every field. Whatever your field is, try to be better equipped and make a difference by prioritizing sustainability in learning. Remember, constantly improving and renewing yourself is the most important indicator that you are always one step ahead of others. The diploma you have received is a tool that will lead you to your goals, but I want you to know that it is not a sufficient document for your future life. I sincerely believe that you will be successful in your future business and social life and that you will work with all your might to make our country a pioneer in every field. We are happy and peaceful because we have brought in new individuals like you to the modern and qualified manpower that our country needs. I have the belief that you, our esteemed students, who have successfully graduated from our university, will contribute to every element and every sacred value of this country and nation, from the development of the country to the advancement of science, and that you will represent Ordu University in the best possible way. I’d like to congratulate on your graduation with these feelings and thoughts; I wish you and your families a healthy, happy and successful life."

In the ceremonies held, graduation certificates were given to the students who graduated, and a plaque was presented to the students who graduated with a degree.
