String instruments concert was performed by the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts at our university.

The program held at the Ceren Özdemir Concert Hall of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts was attended by our University Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan, Dean of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts Prof. Sabri Yener, academicians, students and guests attended.

In the concert,Assist. Prof. Dr. Gonca Görsev Kılıç, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sevilay Kalay Meydan who are faculty members of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts and guest artist Begüm Sarısözen Alpaydın together with students performed works of famous musicians such as GP Telemann, JS Bach, Mehmet Efe-Serkan Sönmez, R. Lazslo, D. Shostakovich, G. Sviridov, A. Vivaldi, Levent Yüksel, Ozan Sarı and its arrangements, so “Concerto No: 1 for 4 Violins, Concerto for Violin in A Minor BWV 1041, 1st Part, Five Minarets in Bitlis, Arabesque, Five Pieces for 2 Violins, Romance, Concerto in B Minor for 4 Violins, 1st Part, Gökte Yıldız Ay Misun, Let's Transcend” was performed.

After performings, Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Akdoğan and faculty members held flower presentation at the end of the concert.
