Registration of Students Eligible for Registration

Turkish Proficiency Exam

Students who request a Letter of Acceptance from our university are required to send an e-mail to oidb@odu.edu.tr. The Acceptance Letter issued on behalf of the requesters will be sent to the individuals by e-mail.

Registrations will be made in person between the dates written above.

Registration Place and Time: Registration will be done at the International Student Office of Ordu University Rectorate Building Registrar's Office during working hours (10:00 - 16:00) on weekdays.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:

  1. Exam Result Document to which the candidate has applied (The verification code must be approved by the institution or the institution he / she received.)
  2. The original high school diploma and its Turkish translation certified by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.
  3. The original copy of the transcript and its Turkish translation certified by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.
  4. Diploma equivalency certificate (obtained from Provincial Directorates of National Education or Turkish Foreign Representatives),
  5. Turkish copy of the Passport and Passport with a Student Visa obtained from the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives
  6. Residence Permit and Foreign Identification Number (must be submitted to the Department Student Office within one month from the date of registration) residence permit in Turkey ones, "residence permit" will bring.
  7. T.C. Photocopy of Identity Card for Turkish Citizens - Blue Card Photocopy for Blue Card Holders (Keep the originals with you)
  8. The person who is  a foreign national by birth and later on T.C. Certificate of Identity Registration Sample for dual citizenships,
  9. T.C. Military Status Statement of national male candidates,
  10. Certificate or Warrant showing that enables students to pursue higher education in Turkey Property Status
  11. Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid to the relevant bank.

  1. Photograph (6 pieces),
  2. Foreign Language and Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if available
  3. Other special documents required by the department / programs for final registration, if any.
  4. For the Faculty of Dentistry and Medicine; (Candidates who will enroll) In order to enroll in this program, a committee report should be obtained from a full-fledged official hospital and / or proposed by the university, certifying that they do not have a physical and mental disability that will prevent this profession during and after the education.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR REGISTRATION:

a) Candidates must apply for registration in person. Registration by mail is not accepted.

b) Copies or photocopies of the documents required for registration are not accepted.

c) Registration is not made with missing documents.

d) Your registration right will be canceled when it is determined that you have the right to enroll in our programs with false declaration, but there is a difference between your original documents and your statement / document during final registration, if the required documents are not submitted or you do not meet the criteria.

e) If deemed necessary, additional documents may be requested from the candidates and the registration right will be canceled if missing documents are not provided.
